One-Puff awarded to our 2016 Sol Rouge Syrah

We are pleased to announce that our 2016 Sol Rouge Syrah received a coveted 1-Puff rating from Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine: 

“Emphatic ripeness takes the reins early on here and stays a step or two ahead of defined fruit throughout, but the wine makes up in richness for what lacks in keen Syrah character. It is full and rather hedonistic stuff, yet it is surprisingly free of palpable heat, its uninterrupted preoccupation with ripeness notwithstanding, and, even if fit with nominal finishing tannins, its wide-open manner marks it as one that does not come with a requirement for lengthy cellaring.”
