Sol Rouge Winery is not a shipping company and does not take any responsibility for wine damaged during shipment. Sol Rouge packages all shipments in carrier approved wine shippers and ships out wine at the customer’s request upon receipt of order. Sol Rouge does not recommend shipping wine during times of excessive heat (72 Fahrenheit tor 22 Celsius for a period of more than 3 days) that could damage wine. In your order, you can always request that your order be held until a specific date when you feel the wine will be safe to ship. If no specific instructions are given, Sol Rouge will ship out your order on receipt per the shipping method requested. If you do wish to have your wines shipped during a time with there may be excessive heat, Sol Rouge offers discounted Next-Day Air shipping rates from May to October and we highly recommend shipping your wines using the Next-Day Air option during these months. If for some reason your wine is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper to submit a claim for reimbursement. Again, Sol Rouge does not assume any responsibility or liability for wine damaged during shipment.
