Our New Release Tasting event will be on Sunday, May 28th at our Wine Tasting Room in San Francisco at the Winery Collective. For those wine club members who don't have their wines shipped, you will be able to pick up your wine at the event or any time afterwards at Winery Collective. If you not in our wine club, you should join today! You may also purchase bottles directly from us on-line.

19 Gypsy Blanc |

Our 2019 Gypsy Blanc is a proprietary white Rhone-style blend consisting of Roussanne, Viognier, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc. Modeled after the great white blends coming from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region of France. On the palate, a quick crisp citrus fruit supported by this wine’s acidity is quickly followed by rich pear and peach fruit with underlying mineral characteristic

18 Gypsy Rouge |
| |
Gypsy Rouge is our signature Rhone Blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsaut, Syrah, and Counoise that comes from the Sol Rouge Estate Vineyard. Exhibiting hints of lavender in the nose, our Gypsy Rouge evolves into a spicy mid-palate and finishes with bright berry notes of strawberry, dark cherry, and Asian spice. A great wine for the summer, barbecues and friends!

18 Zinfandel |
| |
90 pts, Amer Fine Wine
This wine exhibits aromas of black cherry cola notes, a common characteristic of other wines from the old vine Zinfandel vineyards of Howell Mountain where the clone is from. On the palate, the wine has dark cherry fruit with integrated spices of black and white pepper, followed by a medium-long finish of earthy minerals with a hint of cola in the finish.

17 Cab Sauvignon |
| |
This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits the classic aromas of cassis, licorice, and dark currant fruit with a slight hint of vanilla toast from the French oak. It is rich and full-bodied with sweet tannins, a multi-layered mid-palate of dark red and black berries, and a long finish with hints sweet vanilla and cassis. The balanced fruit will benefit 3-4 years in the cellar and will age over 10-15+ years.

18 Petite Sirah |

96 points & Double Gold - American Fine Wine
It is a dark dense, and glass staining wine with a nose filled with notes of blue and black fruits, plum, and spices. From the mid-palate through to the finish, this wine has notes of cinnamon and mocha and excellent tannic structure suggesting its outstanding aging potential. This classic and powerful Petite Sirah retains a gritty, yet elegant texture in mouth.

18 Cinsaut |
| |
Our Cinsaut block is at the peak of our terrace block with hillside greater than a 50% slope, a bountiful crop is still less than 2 tons /acre. This Cinsaut is probably our darkest to date in the glass with a nose that exhibits aromas of rose petal, raspberry and red cherry. A multi-layered palate shows red berry fruit layered with Asian spices which linger in the finish.

We only have a few cases left of Sol Rouge's 2016 Petite Sirah which was named as the 25th Best Wine in the World on Wine Enthusiast's Top 100 Wines of the Year. This is quite an honor since there are several million wines produced every year, and it is the first time that a Lake County based wine has ever been on a Top 100 Wines of the Year list (excluding any "best values" list). Yes, we are producing some of the Top Wines in the World here in Lake County. Below is what Wine Enthusiast had to say about the wine:
"Impossibly dark in color and gloriously concentrated in flavors, this full-bodied wine is impressive and utterly delicious.
